Chowky is currently using x61 and downgraded to window XP. I found no problem on updating the Thinkvantage ( and also found nothing improved after update ). You should complain to Lenovo on what you are experienced! It's lucky that my x61 didn't screw up.... I didn't expect it will fail..........it's suprising. If it screw up, I will spend about a few days to recover everything up. ( apache setting, visual studio 2005 with mobile support, flex builder.......a whole list of applications!) ...............a nightmare. It seems your model is really new.

If it screw up, I will spend about a few days to recover everything up. ( apache setting, visual studio 2005 with mobile support, flex builder…….a whole list of applications!)
