問題就是錢，收購的價錢太低。向來都是這個問題。

On2’s board breached their fiduciary deals by agreeing to be purchased by Google, and seeking to stop the deal.

原來這個deal 對on2 都有點兒harsh….怪不得有人反對~

And a complaint says that On2’s agreement included provisions with Google — such as a $2 million breakup fee and a “no shop” clause — that would make it harder for On2’s board to get a better offer.

可能要收購會比想像中需要更長的時間，變數太多了。
會不會因為這個問題，打亂了google 的計劃呢?
