Google 的動作真的很快，把有對自己有幫助的東西都買起來了。

這次的對象是 DocVerse。這是一間推出 plugin for microsoft word, powerpoint and excel ，主要的core concept是用來做web-based collaboration。 不同 client 可以一同修改同一個document ，saving 之後就會自動 share 給不同的user。而且還可以keep track 修改 history，還有instant messaging 的功能。

看來google 收購目的處應該是collaboration，
