當然，可能大家不太了解omniture 是做什麼的。

Omniture 是一家在美國上市，專門做 web /online business analysis，當然是為enterprise 做分析~。

chowky 當然未有這樣的好運去看看他們的products & services。不過他是market leader 呢~~

adobe 主要收購的原因，當然要加入adobe ecosystem 的下游部份 (分析及改良)。這樣，可以一體化下遊業務，連分析的部份都可以作為另一個收入來源，chowky 一直以來認為單純的programming 不太value-added，分析的部份反而更能增值。

這個舉動，非常有遠見，能夠方快捷地integrate 分析的部分，分析就一直都是最高profit margin 的行業。
而且可以令adobe ecosystem 更完整。這個deal 怎說都是抵的。
